CDBG FY 2026 Notice of Funding Availability
The City of Lancaster Community Development Department is pleased to announce the release of the 2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA).
The NOFA outlines funding opportunities available to eligible organizations and partners for projects and programs that benefit low- and moderate-income residents, address community needs, and support neighborhood revitalization efforts within the City of Lancaster.
Through the CDBG program, funding may be available for activities such as public services, public facilities and improvements, housing initiatives, and other eligible community development projects that align with HUD national objectives.
The 2026 NOFA includes important information regarding eligibility requirements, funding priorities, application procedures, and submission deadlines. Interested applicants are encouraged to carefully review the NOFA materials prior to submitting a proposal.
