BACKGROUND
This is the tenth year of a ten-year paving program funded by a property tax levy.
The 2023 Street Improvement Program - Paving, includes the asphalt milling and resurfacing of the 3 miles of local streets including incidental curb and sidewalk replacement.

Talmadge Ave. (Spring St. to Lincoln Ave.)
King St. (N. Maple St. to N. Cherry St.)
Mt. Pleasant Ave. (E. Chestnut St. to E. Sixth Ave.)
Alternates include
