Prosecuting traffic and criminal cases in the Fairfield County Municipal Court consumes approximately 80% of the Law Director's resources. The successful management of such a high volume of cases in such a short amount of time (30 to 90 days without a time waiver) requires a team approach to prosecution. All of the attorneys in our office are cross-trained to cover any docket in an effort to keep cases progressing whenever possible.
