Find a Registered Contractor(s)
To protect our citizens from faulty construction, all contractors working in the city are required to register annually with the Certified Building Department. The annual registration includes filing, proof of insurance, workers compensation and a construction bond. In case construction is faulty, the City can draw on the bond to make corrections so that the project meets the applicable code.
As a resident, you can ensure that your contractor is registered by requesting a copy of their registration or calling our office at the number above.
