New Community Authority Board

The Community Authority Board exists to guide and oversee development within the district in a way that supports long-term growth, high-quality infrastructure, and community well-being. The Board provides a forum for collaboration between public, private, and community stakeholders, ensuring that development is planned, financed, and maintained responsibly. Its purpose is to manage resources, levy charges as authorized, and direct investments that enhance the area’s livability, economic vitality, and sustainability for residents and businesses.
