Amie Gustavson Cohen

Amie was born and raised in Lancaster and graduated from Lancaster High School in 1979. After earning her undergraduate degree from Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and working in Chicago for 15 years, she returned home to Lancaster to raise her four children.
Amie currently serves as Business Services Manager at Fairfield Homes, where she oversees vendor relationships, contracts, budgets and other key business services. Previously, she worked in donor relations and fundraising with the FMC Foundation and spent several years in the health insurance industry.
A lifelong advocate for the Lancaster community, she has been deeply involved in local organizations. She has served and held leadership roles on the Lancaster Festival Board, helped found the AHA! Children’s Museum and volunteered extensively with school booster groups. She has also been active in the Sherman Rotary Club, and has served on the Historic Parks Commission, the Regional Planning Commission and the Lancaster School Board.
In her free time, Amie enjoys staying active, reading, gardening, spending time with friends and walking her two Labrador Retrievers throughout Downtown Lancaster.
