- Payments of check or money order can be placed in the nigh deposit box located outside the Broad Street entrance of City Hall near the flagpole.
- Customers needing to Finalize or Establish services, please e-mail utilities@ci.lancaster.oh.us.
- Services will NOT be terminated due to delinquency on this date.
