Curbside Yard Waste will begin the week of April 1st, but yard waste drop off & compost pick-up at the Transfer Station will not resume until sometime in September. ALL yard waste must be set out to the STREET by 7:30am on your scheduled pick-up day. Even if your trash pick-up location is in the alley, yard waste must be set out to the street. Yard waste must be tied in bundles not exceeding four feet in length and two feet in diameter or weigh no more than fifty pounds each. Yard waste must be placed in bio-degradable paper bags weighing no more than fifty pounds each when loaded with yard waste. Co-mingling of yard waste within the same container as acceptable waste is PROHIBITED.
