Effective December 1, 2021 Pursuant of Section 917.11 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lancaster, the gas cost recovery component of the City of Lancaster Residential natural gas retail rate requires an increase adjustment starting with the first gas usage in November 2021.
The adjusted rate, to be applied the first billing cycle of December (November usage), is $0.68 per ccf. This new rate reflects an increase in the total rate for Residential Rates of $0.16 per ccf and is due to an increase in the cost of natural gas supply.
